Taste testing

Room A and B have been studying Milk this term. We have done some taste testing of different types of milk and yoghurt.

We tried blue and green top milk, farmhouse milk and a different type of milk that comes from plants - soy milk.

The most popular type of milk was blue top. The next was soy milk. Not many people liked the green milk!


Today we tasted a few different types of yoghurt. It was interesting to talk about the different fruits and ingredients they had in them.

 Chocolate caramel dairy food; Pineapple and coconut yoghurt; Mango, passionfruit and papaya; and Strawberry and pomegranate yoghurt were the different flavours we tried.
 

Yum! Yum! Yum!

We liked the chocolate caramel dairy food best. 

The pineapple and coconut yoghurt was our favourite. 

I liked the mango, passionfruit and papaya yoghurt.

We are writing instructions on how to make yoghurt this week and on Thursday we are going to 'invent' our own flavours by mixing different ingredients into the yoghurt we make.
